To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must meet the following conditions:

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. Please allow 7 business days for the processing of your return.

The estimated shipping time is calculated from the date of payment confirmation. However, please be aware that in some instances, actual shipping times may exceed expectations due to factors like courier delays, or supply chain issues.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary between R85 and R200 depending on the product's brand. Please note that as we operate as a dropshipping platform, separate delivery charges will apply when purchasing items from different brands.
Estimated Delivery Times:
On average, deliveries take 3-5 business days, with the exception of leather products, which typically require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
